Melanie joined MacDonald Law as our newest Paralegal in October of 2025. She graduated from McIntosh College with an AS in Criminal Justice in 2005, then began her dispatching career in 2006 with the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. With almost 20 years of public service experience as an Emergency Dispatcher and a Police Department Administrative Assistant, she is no stranger to working with people who are going through challenging periods in their lives. Melanie has always taken pride in her ability to connect with people, and she feels most fulfilled in her work when she knows she is making a difference. Her desire to support clients and help them understand each step of the process makes her a great asset to our team.
Melanie is a proud Mom to her 6 year old daughter and 9 month old son. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, riding her motorcycle, taking New England road trips, and exploring the beautiful mountains of NH.
