Felicity is the Operations Manager at MacDonald Law, overseeing the firm's daily operations and internal systems to ensure the office runs efficiently, responsibly, and in a way that supports both clients and staff.
With more than a decade of management experience and a background as a paralegal in civil and family law, Felicity brings a practical understanding of both the business and legal sides of the firm. She oversees firm administration, human resources, financial coordination, billing and account management, technology systems, and internal workflow development.
Felicity earned her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University in 2018. She is married with a nine-year-old son which brings a practical, real world perspective to the family law matters handled by the firm.
Outside the office, Felicity is an accomplished home cook and avid sourdough baker. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and her golden retriever, Sadie.
