Felicity is the Office Manager and Paralegal at MacDonald Law specializing in Civil and Family Law. Felicity has 5 years of paralegal experience in small claims, civil and contested litigation, and more than 10 years of managerial experience. Along with paralegal duties, Felicity is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities and overall coordination of the firm that enables MacDonald Law to operate efficiently. She is the point of contact for all personnel matters including human resources, client communication, marketing, technology, financial and firm management. Felicity received her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University in 2018. She is married with a seven-year-old son, who inspires her service and dedication to assisting our family law clients in their time of need.
